Post-cycling

Piangs. Whahahaha.

I woke up to sore muscles. Whaha. This is what I get when I haven't been diligently exercising for donkey years.

My hands are aching, my arms are aching, my shoulders are aching, my back is aching.

Ironically my legs are perfectly fine. Whaha. Too much strength on my upper body.

Hopefully tomorrow will be better.
