I find that maybe as I grow older, I am increasingly reluctant to accept my age.

Of course with my face and the way I carry myself people would laugh their heads off if I tell them I'm forever 16.
It's just that I'm turning 20 this year.
Usually when people ask for my age before my birthday in the year I'll say the age I'm turning into. Uh. As in I'll say I'm 16 when I was going to be 16 on my birthday that year instead of saying I'm 15.
And this time, I say that I'm 19 instead of 20.
